Return & Refund Policy
At PingGift, every product is made just for you. Since our phone cases are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect device selection.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and the issue
- A brief description of the problem

🚚 Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We will either resend the product or issue a refund depending on the situation.
❌ Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may already be in process and cannot be stopped.
📦 Return Shipping
In cases where a return is approved (e.g. damaged items), we will not ask you to send the item back. We only require photo evidence.
📌 Notes
- No refunds or exchanges for incorrect model/device ordered by the customer.
- Returns are not accepted for minor differences in color, placement, or size due to the custom nature of printing.
- We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not meet our return conditions.
