What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards via PayPal. Shopify Payments and Stripe will be available soon.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, production may already be in process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email right after your purchase, and a second email once your order ships.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at support@pinggift.store.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or refunds if the item is defective or lost. See our Return Policy for full info.
What if my case arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.
My order is delayed or lost. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number — we’ll track it or send a new one if necessary.

Are your cases MagSafe-compatible?
Many of our iPhone cases support MagSafe. You’ll see it clearly mentioned in the product description.

Yes. Our cases are designed to be both stylish and protective, with raised edges and durable material.
